1. Ask for customer name.
2. Check if customer name is above 20 characters.
3. If above 20 characters, please inform customer to:
- Email bgdsupport@bursamalaysia.com with the following details:
- Full name
- Bank account statement cover page with transaction details blanked out showing full name, and bank account with the bank logo.
- Inform customer that they can expect a reply in about [2 weeks].
We will escalate the issue to the internal operations team. We understand this is an urgent matter and we will highlight to them accordingly. They will reach out to you on the matter through the contact number that you shared earlier.
