You may change your bank account details for withdrawals on the mobile app.
Please perform the following steps:
1. Go to My Account
2. Click Bank Account Details
3. Click small icon with a square and pencil on the right of the bank details
4. Input your Bank Name and Bank Account Number
5. Click Continue.
Please remember to use your own individual bank account and do not use any third-party bank account or joint accounts.
I am having trouble inputting my bank account using the self-service method.
Should you be unable to use the self-service method and wish to change your bank account details, we would need to escalate it to the internal operations team. They will reach out to you on the matter through the contact number that you shared earlier.
