If you would like to request back-dated statements, kindly submit a written request duly signed by the authorised signatory and email your request at depositoryoperations@bursamalaysia.com

(a) Name of the account holder;

(b) CDS account number;

(c) Statement period;

(d) Reason for request; and

(e) Contact number.

 

Please be informed that the charges for this request are:

(a) Processing Fee of RM500.00 per CDS account (Note: Payable upon submission of a written request to Bursa Malaysia Depository); and

(b) Printing Fee (in PDF Format) of RM1.00 per page per CDS account (Note: Payable when the statements are readily available).

 

How to make a payment?

1. Transfer Processing Fee of RM500.00 into our bank account:

• Account Name: BURSA MALAYSIA DEPOSITORY SDN BHD

• Beneficiary Bank: MALAYAN BANKING BERHAD – KL MAIN

• Account Number: 5140-1136-5539

• Reference: [Based on reference number provided by Bursa Depository]

 

2. Email your payment transaction details or payment advice to FinanceAR@bursamalaysia.com and cc to depositoryoperations@bursamalaysia.com and process shall take at least 3 to 4 weeks depending on the duration of the request.
