An Issuer is not allowed to raise funds concurrently/simultaneously for the same purpose on our platform and other P2P platforms.

However, an Issuer may be permitted to raise funds on our platform and an ECF platform at the same time, subject to the Issuer complying with the following disclosure requirements:

• name of the ECF platform;
• amount raised to be raised from the ECF platform ;
• purpose of utilization of the proceeds raised from the ECF platform; and
• such other information may be requested by BR Capital from time to time.
